Children less than 13 are not supposed to use our applications. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Any personal data transmitted to us by a child under the age of thirteen will be eradicated from our servers upon receipt. If you believe your child has provided us with data, please contact us as a parent or guardian.

User’s Right and choice

Users have the right to request access to the data we collect, request deletion of stored data, and opt out of non-essential data collection if applicable. To exercise these rights, please contact us via our support channel.

Data retention

To operate the application, we collect a device identifier generated at installation, a pairing code linked to that device, and technical information such as your device model and application signature. When you activate a licence, we store the email address used at purchase. We also record the public and private IP addresses seen by your device, together with a count of how often each appears. This information is used solely to detect fraudulent use and account sharing, and is never sold or shared with advertisers.

If you connect a third-party service, the server address and credentials you enter are stored so the application can reconnect on your behalf. These credentials belong to your provider, not to us, and are never used for any purpose other than delivering the streams you have requested. You may delete them at any time by removing the server from the application.

User’s responsabilities

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials private and ensuring the security of their devices. We recommend enabling security features on your device and using strong passwords.
